My
response time for emails is at its longest 2 hours during normal
business hours. Usually that number is under 30 minutes though.
In
the business world I think a typical response time is 24 to 72 hours
which in my opinion is way too long. It’s just not good for business.
What typical expectations are and what is good customer service are two
different things.
I expect an answer within
24 hours but if a company responds within an hour then I’m pleasantly
surprised and think higher of that company.
